How and when do we collect information?

What information do we store and to what extent do we store it?

We store in our databases, with appropriate levels of encryption, all information that a user provides upon account registration, setup, and during their time interacting with the ClassHill platform. These interactions include but are not limited to creating discussions, sharing files, and interacting with other users.

We take your privacy very seriously. We store all crucial information (e.g. passwords) in encrypted formats so that the information is not easily accessible by others. In addition to that, all our technology is built on the same platforms as some of the largest tech companies. Meaning our servers take appropriate levels of precautions when it comes to encryption, and database security.
